Kim C. Harrison is the Chief Operating Officer of WDHR Radio Digital Broadcasting Network, Deep House Records, Inc., and DHR Ad Agency, where she has provided executive leadership since 2011 across strategic operations, organizational development, business administration, compliance oversight, and enterprise infrastructure development for the organization's expanding media, broadcasting, advertising, and entertainment portfolio.
In addition to her executive operational leadership, Kim serves as Director of Music and Photography, overseeing music programming, visual brand identity, creative direction, artistic curation, and photographic development across the organization’s broadcasting and media platforms.
Kim has also been instrumental in advancing the technical capabilities of WDHR Radio Digital Broadcasting Network, contributing to the development and implementation of Digital Broadcasting Radio Sound technology, designed to enhance digital music broadcast quality and elevate the listener experience across the network’s streaming platforms.
As a principal architect of the operational and administrative framework supporting the WDHR enterprise, Kim has helped shape the strategic direction, internal structure, and scalable business systems that drive the organization’s continued expansion across digital broadcasting, streaming media, advertising, publishing, and entertainment ventures.
She also provides executive oversight supporting DHR Ad Agency, the organization’s digital advertising and strategic marketing division, contributing to the development of integrated advertising solutions, digital brand campaigns, and media placement strategies for businesses seeking expanded visibility through modern broadcasting and digital media channels.
Separate from her executive leadership within the media and broadcasting sector, Kim is the Founder of Sove - Reigns, LLC (Soaring One Vast Energy Reigns), her independent authorship and intellectual property venture established to house her literary, philosophical, and creative works developed through years of writing, visual artistry, and original thought.
A longtime writer, creative visionary, and photojournalist, Kim expands her work through Sove - Reigns into publishing, visual storytelling, and authorship, with Veil of Truth serving as her debut literary release and the first published expression of her broader written body of work.
Bringing more than 35 years of executive and operational leadership experience, Kim’s multidisciplinary background spans organizational management, regulatory compliance, policy implementation, systems development, program administration, executive governance, and strategic operations. Her distinguished public-sector leadership career established a disciplined operational framework that now informs her executive leadership within private enterprise and digital media.
Prior to her media and broadcasting leadership, Kim held senior operational and administrative positions throughout Maryland and New York public agencies, specializing in large-scale program oversight, institutional reporting, compliance management, personnel supervision, and administration within highly regulated environments.
Recognized for her structured leadership approach, analytical systems thinking, and organizational discipline, Kim has been integral to building the administrative and operational infrastructure supporting WDHR’s evolution into a multifaceted digital broadcasting and media enterprise.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Binghamton University, completed graduate-level coursework in Public Health Administration, and maintains additional professional training in business communications and executive administration.
As a longtime member of ASCAP, Kim continues to contribute to the advancement of independent media, music programming, creative development, authorship, and global digital broadcasting through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and artistic vision.

A music producer, digital broadcasting innovator, entrepreneur, and technical systems professional, Tren-sé has played a foundational role in developing the technological and creative infrastructure behind the WDHR enterprise, helping transform the organization into a multifaceted digital broadcasting, media, advertising, and entertainment platform serving audiences worldwide.
Known professionally as DJ Interlude, Tren-sé brings decades of experience in music production, audio engineering, digital broadcasting technology, artist development, media systems integration, and strategic business development. His expertise spans music programming, production oversight, technical broadcasting operations, digital infrastructure development, digital advertising strategy, and media innovation.
As the principal technical architect behind the WDHR enterprise, Tren-sé has been instrumental in advancing the technical capabilities of WDHR Radio Digital Broadcasting Network, contributing to the development and implementation of Digital Broadcasting Radio Sound technology, designed to enhance digital music broadcast quality and elevate the listener experience across the network’s streaming platforms.
In his executive leadership role, Tren-sé oversees strategic business development, technical broadcasting operations, digital systems architecture, media systems integration, production management, and strategic creative development across the organization’s broadcasting, advertising, and entertainment divisions.
Through DHR Ad Agency, Tren-sé directs digital advertising strategy, integrated media planning, audience targeting, campaign performance analytics, and strategic media placement initiatives designed to expand brand visibility and market reach for clients through modern digital advertising channels.
Prior to his executive leadership within the WDHR enterprise, Tren-sé developed professional expertise in digital media planning, channel development, partner management, SaaS business strategy, and regional growth execution, contributing to his multidisciplinary approach to enterprise and media development.
Tren-sé holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from American Military University and maintains multiple professional certifications in media planning, media buying, project management, and systems administration.
